Customization and OEM/ODM
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
With OEM, you bring your own formula or brief and we make it for your brand. With ODM, you choose from our existing ideas and we adjust them to your brand. Both can be private label.
Can you make a custom formula for my brand?

Can I order a custom shape or custom mold?

MOQ, Samples and Lead Time
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity starts from 1000. This low MOQ is useful for startup brands and for testing a new product line.
How long does it take to make a custom sample?
Custom samples are usually prepared in 7 to 14 days. The exact time depends on the formula, fragrance, appearance and packaging requirements.
What is the lead time for bulk production?
Bulk production lead time is 25 to 30 days. We confirm the schedule with you when the order details are final.
Are samples free?

Quality and Certifications
What certifications and audits does your factory have?
We hold GMPC and ISO 22716, and we have SMETA / Sedex audit certification. Our profile also lists FSC, TRA and SGS. Please ask us for the documents you need.
Can I see your audit or test documents?

How big is your factory and how many production lines do you have?
We run a 40,000 square meter factory in Huizhou, Guangdong, with 16 automated production lines and more than 200 employees.
