How We Keep Hair Mist Batches Consistent: Fragrance Matching, Filling and Line Checks
Consistency starts with the approved bulk sample. Each bulk batch is compared to it for scent, color and clarity before filling begins. A retained sample from each batch stays on file, so a later complaint can be traced to a batch.
Filling and spray head sealing are the points where mist products usually fail. Fill volume is checked against the label claim. Pumps are checked for fit, spray output and leakage on sampled units from each run. Findings are recorded per batch.
The factory covers 40,000 square meters with 16 automated lines. Volume can be spread across lines, and one order does not have to wait on another. Defects cannot be ruled out entirely, so inspection results and batch records are shared before shipment.
