To make it achievable for little hands, we suggested pre-mixing the colors and scents into the bomb ingredients beforehand.

Unlike other kits, where kids add those separately, this streamlines the process. Preschoolers can make a fizzy bomb without help; the extra bottles are removed to lower costs.

By handling the more complex tasks on our end, young children can DIY a bath bomb themselves.

The key was simplifying it so 3-year-olds could complete the craft independently.

The end result remains a fun bathroom project that engages young kids with just enough steps for their abilities.
